Transferring And Installing Overview

In this hour we will be walking you through transferring the arcade script files from your local computer to your host computer. We will be downloading an application called Filezilla. This application will allow us to connect to our host computer through FTP (File Transfer Protocol). FTP is a protocol used to transfer data from one computer to another through the internet.

After we have transferred the arcade files we will need to change security permissions on a few files. We will then walk through a few steps of installing your arcade database, which includes creating a new database and updating your arcade script to link to the database.
