- Hour 8 – Marketing your Arcade - In order to make a profit from your arcade you must first get visitors to your site. In order to get visitors to your site you must market your arcade. The final hour we will discuss and explain some basic marketing techniques to get customers/visitors to your arcade.
Prerequisites
There are a couple prerequisites you will need to have to complete this tutorial and create your web arcade. These prerequisite are listed below:
Computer – I would hope that since you have found yourself at the 8 Hour Day Web Arcade website that you already own a computer.
Internet Connection – You are going to need an internet connection to register your domain, upload your files to a web server, and multiple other online actions.
Basic Computer Skills – This book assumes that you have at least novice to intermediate computer skills.
